There's no app for happiness, according to Pope Francis.
During his Sunday homily in St. Peter’s Square, His Holiness told
teenagers that life’s best moments aren’t experienced by tapping on a
phone.
The Pope said his message was an attempt to connect with teens in the
crowd who converged in Rome for a special weekend for Catholic youth.
“Happiness has no price,” Pope Francis told the massive crowd of 100,000.
Happiness is also not “an app that you can download on your phones, nor
will the latest update bring you freedom and grandeur in love,” he
added.
A day earlier, he said being out of touch with God was like having a cell phone with bad reception.
After Mass, dozens surrounded Francis, many snapping selfies with him.
